Shipping and delivery: Oriental Dental Lab Pty. Ltd. pays for all shipping costs. 

 

Labwork: All material we adopted are TGA approved, FDA approved and CE marked. All labworks are made by us with no outsource laboratory to ensure high standard of quality. 

 

Direct Communication: A complimentary consultation line for further discussion with corresponding technicians is provided. 

 

Turnaround time: 10-14 days for all products 

 

Urgent case: For case collection, please contact us and we realize that from time to time there will be rush and emergency cases; we request that you contact the lab at your earliest convenience to make arrangements for both scheduling and processing these cases.

 

Invoices and statements: Invoices are to be delivered at the time the case is delivered. Monthly statements are issued and mailed to you at the end of each month. Well-organized documents.

 

Guarantee: Ocean guarantees workmanship on all restorations for 8 years. 

 

Cautions: All accounts are payable within 30 days of the statement date, typically the last business day of the month. Balances not paid within the 30 days period are subject to a 2% finance charge, credit on a monthly basis.
